What is it?
Immitter is a web-based technology created to help independent artists distribute their content to targeted audiences. By combining the user-generated capabilities of Myspace music and the matching engine of Pandora, Immitter will provide independent artists with targeted exposure: their music will be sent to audiences who set listening preferences to receive music that matches their taste.. Independent artists will create profiles just they as they currently do on Myspace music, Immitters algorithm will then send the artists’ music to its intended listeners to be rated, similarly as Pandora does.
